The next training camp of our women wrestlers has started. Sport24.az reports that our U-20 team will undergo a preparation process in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, until August 20.
Under the leadership of head coach Toghrul Asgarov and senior coach Rovshan Umudov of the U20 national team, Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg), Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) and Zahra Karimzade (72 kg) will participate in the training camp together with the Bulgarian and French national teams at the "Diana" Sports Complex. The two-week preparation process will focus on both physical and tactical-technical exercises. The goal is to adapt to the local environment and better prepare for the U-20 World Championship to be held in Samokov, Bulgaria.
It should be noted that our team will travel directly from Sofia to Samokov on August 20.
