Hitomi Obara, Olympic and eight-time world wrestling champion, has died at the age of 44.

The cause of death of the Japanese athlete has not been disclosed.
It should be noted that Obara won the 48 kg weight category at the Olympic Games held in London, the capital of England, in 2012. In addition, she won the gold medal of the world championship 8 times in different years.
