Another Azerbaijani wrestler has won a gold medal at the European Wrestling Championship held in Tirana, the capital of Albania. Sport24.az reports that Ali Tsokayev, competing in the 92 kg weight category, faced Bulgarian Ahmed Batayev in the decisive match.
Tsokayev won the final with a score of 5:3, becoming the European champion.
Earlier, Greco-Roman wrestlers Hasrat Jafarov (67 kg) and Gurban Gurbanov (82 kg) won gold medals.
