Azerbaijan's women's national volleyball team, preparing for the European League, has completed its training camp abroad. Sport24.az reports that the team, which was in a training camp in Hungary from May 12-16, played two test matches with the national team of that country and won both matches (3:0, 3:1).
Later, the volleyball players traveled to Slovenia and trained in Maribor from May 16 to 29. The national team, led by Faig Garayev, defeated the national teams of Croatia (3:1) and Austria (3:1, 3:1), as well as the US club "Colgate" (3:0) in test matches held there.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will play its first matches in the European League in Baku. In the matches to be held on June 5-7, the team's rivals will be Sweden and Estonia.
