Idman.biz reports that our team consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade and Kamilla Aliyeva advanced to the final in the 5 ribbons performance.
During the exercise with five ribbons, the Azerbaijani national team scored 24.150 points and finished the qualifying round in the first place.
Winners will be determined for three sets of medals in the group exercises competition.
Five group teams – Azerbaijan, Ukraine, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan will participate in the Universiade.
It should be noted that the rhythmic gymnastics competitions will be held on July 17-19 in Essen.

Kamilla Seyidzade scored a total of 48.200 points in ball and hoop exercises and ranked 25th. Ilona Zeynalova is in 20th place with 49.450 points.
Tomorrow, the gymnasts will perform with ribbons and clubs, after which the winners in the all-around will be determined.

Ilona Zeynalova and Kamilla Seyidzade are performing in the individual all-around competitions in rhythmic gymnastics. Zeynalova scored a total of 49.450 points after performing with hoop and ball, and is currently in ninth place in the overall standings.
