A seminar on trampoline gymnastics was held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. Sport24.az reports that the event was conducted by Patrick Siegfried, a member of the Technical Committee for Trampoline Gymnastics of European Gymnastics.
On the first day of the seminar, athletes were taught theoretically and practically how to maintain body position on the trampoline, transition from simple jumps to complex combinations, proper landing, and other techniques.
