The European Cup in rhythmic gymnastics continues in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the first medals will be awarded today.
The second day will be opened by individual athletes performing with clubs and ribbons. Azerbaijani gymnasts Kamilla Seyidzade and Govhar Ibrahimova will also demonstrate their skills.
They will determine the finalists in the all-around, as well as the best in each event.
Then the awarding ceremony of the winners in hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon exercises will be held.
Then the performances of groups showing two numbers will begin. The first is with five ribbons, and the second is with three balls and two hoops.
This will be the first tournament of the year for our group consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Elizaveta Luzan, Gulli Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova.
The competition day will end with the awarding of group teams in two exercises.
In total, 175 gymnasts from 25 countries are participating in the European Cup.
