The World Cup series in gymnastics will continue with acrobatics in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that after the stages in trampoline and tumbling, rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, the capital of Azerbaijan will host the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup on June 13-15.
Currently, 63 athletes from seven countries have applied for the competition. It is known that acrobats from Azerbaijan, as well as China, Germany, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India and Uzbekistan will participate in the National Gymnastics Arena.
The Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup was already held in Baku in 2018, and three years ago our capital hosted the world championship and world age group competitions in this sport.
As for the current series of World Cups, it consists of five stages. The season started at the beginning of March in Puurs-Sint-Amands, Belgium,
the next tournament will be held in Burgas (Bulgaria, May 30 – June 1), after which it will be Baku's turn.
The World Cup will then be held in Aalen (Germany, June 19-21), and the final stage will be held in Rzeszów (Poland, June 27-29).
