Azerbaijani gymnast Shams Aghahuseynova distinguished herself at the European Cup held in Baku.
İdman.biz reports that she won a bronze medal in the ribbon exercise in the junior competition.
Aghahuseynova scored 24.400 points for her performance.
The winner of this competition was Ukrainian Lyubov Gorashenko, and the silver medalist was Polish Ksenia Zhyzhikh.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team already has three medals. Earlier, the team consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova climbed the podium twice in group exercises. The girls won gold in the three balls and two hoops exercise and a bronze medal in the all-around.
