Based on the results of the qualifying stage, Azerbaijani gymnasts Shams Aghahuseynova in ribbon and Fidan Gurbanli in clubs secured a place in the final in two events.

The European Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics continues in Burgas, Bulgaria.
Idman.biz reports that the third day of the tournament will be opened by juniors competing in individual events.
They will compete for a place in the final with hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Azerbaijan will be represented in this stage by Shams Aghahuseynova, Fidan Gurbanli and Azade Atakishiyeva.
Later, junior group teams will determine the strongest in all-around. The Azerbaijani team consisting of Nazirin Abdullayeva, Ayan Nasirova, Nazirin Salmanli, Madina Abbasli, Shams Muvaffagi and Nilufer Orujulu will present compositions with five hoops and five pairs of clubs.
Based on the results of group and individual performances, the winners of the team competitions will be determined.
In the second half of the day, the "Cross Battle" in all-around will be held among senior group teams. The Azerbaijani team – Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Aghalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova – will face Hungary in the play-off stage.
It should be noted that our gymnasts won a silver medal yesterday in the composition with three balls and two hoops.
