"Zira" minifootball team's next goal is to win the Champions League.
According to "Report", the head coach Seymur Mammadov stated this in a statement to journalists.
The specialist shared his thoughts after the final game of the Azerbaijan Championship, where they defeated "Birbasha Baku" with a score of 4:1:
"We are happy to be champions. We have been wanting this for many years. This time we were destined to win. We practically didn't change anything in the team. Allah simply granted us this day. I can't say that we expected to win with such a score. The opponent is one of the most respected teams in the world. Playing against them and winning makes every team happy".
S. Mammadov added that they want to achieve even greater success:
"Our struggle will continue so that this championship is not the last. We will try to win the Champions League. That is our next goal".
