Foreign Ministry official: "The aim of organizing the tournament is to increase interest in a healthy lifestyle and sports."

Elnur Mammadov, Head of the Sports Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, shared his thoughts on the mini-football tournament dedicated to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, held among state institutions.

"Report" reports that the ministry official stated that the aim of organizing the tournament is to further increase the desire for a healthy life and sports.

He said that the fans created a magnificent atmosphere:

"The tournament is over, and we witnessed this beautiful final together with you. It is necessary to especially note the atmosphere created by the fans. There was such an atmosphere in every game. The children and families of the employees of state institutions also came and showed their support. The aim of organizing the tournament is to increase the desire for a healthy lifestyle and sports among the employees of state institutions. We must also be role models for our children. For this, tournaments are held not only in mini-football, but in all sports. This also directs us to an active lifestyle. We also thank you for coming and covering our events."

It should be noted that the winner of the tournament was the team of the Ministry of Justice. The team of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons took second place, and the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took third place.
