Elnur Mammadov: "A different atmosphere was felt in every game"

Idman.biz reports that this was said by Elnur Mammadov, the head of the Sports Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, while talking about the mini-football tournament among state institutions dedicated to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

He told reporters that the competition, which has been held for the third year, was memorable for many positive aspects: "Today we watched an interesting game with many fans. In the tournament, which lasted for more than six months, there was almost a different atmosphere in every match. Because employees of state institutions and their family members came to the games to support their teams."

Mammadov emphasized that there was great interest in the tournament: "It is gratifying that teams of state institutions traditionally participate in this tournament. The team of the Ministry of Justice is becoming the champion for the second time. I would like to specifically note that the players of the team of the Ministry of Justice came to the award ceremony with their children. If we want our children to lead a healthy lifestyle, we must first set an example ourselves."

It should be noted that a total of 39 teams participated in the competition organized jointly by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, AFFA and the Azerbaijan Minifootball Federation.
