The group stage has ended at the European Minifootball Championship held in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Idman.Biz reports that nine more matches took place on the fourth day of the competition. After the matches, all the teams that qualified for the play-offs and the pairs for the 1/8 finals were determined.
The Azerbaijan national minifootball team completed Group F with maximum results. Elshad Guliyev's team defeated France 3:2 in the last round, bringing their score to nine and finishing the group as leaders. Our team previously won 1:0 against Austria and 3:0 against Italy.
In the other match of Group F, Austria defeated Italy 5:0. According to the final result, Azerbaijan finished first with nine points, France second with four points, Austria third with three points, and Italy fourth with one point.
In the play-off stage, the Azerbaijan national team will face Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan finished Group E in second place with four points.
