Azerbaijan national minifootball team played its first match at the European Championship held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
Idman.Biz reports that our team, which is in Group F, faced the Austrian national team. The match held at "Tipos Arena" ended with a 1:0 victory for the Azerbaijan national team.
The only goal of the match was scored in the second half. Isa Atayev distinguished himself in our national team and gave the team its first victory in the tournament.
After this result, the Azerbaijan national team made a successful start to the European Championship.
It should be noted that our team will play its next group stage matches against Italy on May 29 and against France on May 30.
