American NASCAR driver Kyle Busch, who competed for Richard Childress Racing, has died at the age of 41.

"We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to announce the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time champion and one of the greatest and most passionate drivers in our sport. He was 41 years old. We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, the Richard Childress Racing team and the entire motorsports community," the organization's press release said.
Kyle Busch had been racing in NASCAR since 2003. The American driver has participated in 724 races in the championship. Busch is also a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, winning titles in 2015 and 2019.
