Four-time Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen has stated that drivers can put on a great fight even in rented cars.

"Most of the drivers are the best in the world. Even if you give us a rental car, we will put on a good show and fight hard. So it's not about the rules. But when you're driving, everything gets confusing. Formula 1 shouldn't be like that. It's too complicated.
Fans don't even know what we're dealing with behind the wheel, what's allowed, or how much the battery can be charged. It's all very frustrating. Formula 1 just needs to be cleaner.
