The winners of the "Məktəbli Kuboku" tournament, organized within the framework of cooperation between AFFA and the State Agency for Preschool and General Education of the Ministry of Science and Education, have been determined.
İdman.Biz reports with reference to AFFA that the final games of the competitions among 5th grade girls, 5th and 7th grade boys were held at the Sports Palace of the Azerbaijan Technical University.
The results are as follows:
5th grade girls, final
School No. 1 named after Imadaddin Nasimi of Naftalan city - School No. 5 named after Samir Hajiyev of Nasimi district – 3:2
5th grade boys, final
School No. 172 named after S.Sani Akhundov of Surakhani district - School-Lyceum of Natural and Humanitarian Sciences named after Mahammad Fuzuli of Shamkir city – 3:2
7th grade boys, final
Sumayli village secondary school of Zagatala district - Nasimikend full general education school of Saatli district – 2:1
After the matches, the award ceremony was held. The losing team in the final of each age group was awarded a silver medal, and the winners were awarded a gold medal and a cup.
In addition, individual awards were also presented. Nurgul Ahmadzade (Nasimi) was selected as the best goalkeeper among 5th grade girls, Zahra Valizade (Naftalan) was selected as the best player, Raul Hajiyev (Shamkir) was selected as the best goalkeeper among 5th grade boys, Murad Tagiyev (Surakhani) was selected as the best player, Muhiddin Muradov (Zaqatala) was selected as the best goalkeeper among 7th grade boys, and Umut Arslanov (Saatli) was selected as the best player.
The awards were presented by AFFA Secretary General Jahangir Farajullayev, AFFA Executive Committee member Leyla Khalilova Rzazade and A national team director Ilgar Gurbanov.
