Leverkusen "Bayer" actively continues its search for a new head coach. Sport24.az, referring to the "Kicker" publication, reports that the Spanish specialist, who is preparing to leave "Bournemouth", is still considered the main candidate of the Leverkusen representative. The club management hopes to bring the 43-year-old coach "behind the wheel" of the team.
The Leverkusen representative has also prepared an alternative plan in case the Andoni Iraola option fails. One of the club's main candidates is currently Filipe Luis. It is reported that negotiations are ongoing with the 40-year-old specialist.
It should be noted that the identity of the Germans' new head coach will become clear after Andoni Iraola makes a final decision.
