Turkish defender Merih Demiral, who plays for the club "Al-Ahli", spoke openly about the refereeing after their 0:2 defeat to "Al-Nassr" in the Saudi Arabian Championship.
Idman.Biz reports that M. Demiral's club lost 2:0 thanks to goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo and Kingsley Coman in the 76th and 90th minutes, respectively.
"This was literally crazy refereeing. Just look at my leg! All decisions were made in favor of "Al-Nassr". They get help every season. It's just unbelievable. We are "Al-Ahli" and we are always proud to fight for titles without any outside help," said Demiral.
It should be noted that "Al-Nassr" leads the tournament table with 79 points, while "Al-Ahli" is in third place with 66 points.
