Ruben Amorim plans to take a break in the 2026/27 season. Sport24.az reports that the Portuguese coach has been unemployed since leaving Manchester United in January.
It is reported that despite the interest of a number of clubs, especially Premier League representatives, the specialist wants to devote the coming year to developing his skills and acquiring new knowledge. During this period, he plans to exchange experiences with other coaches he considers role models and compare their working methods with his own approaches.
However, Amorim does not rule out that his plans may change only if he receives a very serious offer from abroad. A return to Portugal is not planned. Amorim wants to continue his career abroad.
