Work has begun on the academy of the Spanish Football Club "Barcelona", which will open in Baku. Sport24.az, referring to "Report", informs that repair, restoration and reconstruction work is being carried out at the "ASK Arena", where the academy will be located.
The restoration of the main field with an area of approximately 9,500 square meters, as well as the auxiliary training ground with an area of approximately 4,200 square meters, and the installation of a new lawn cover are carried out by AzFar company.
The project also envisages the following works:
- Updating the lamps intended for lighting football fields in accordance with modern requirements
- Major renovation of changing rooms, sanitary facilities, technical and auxiliary rooms intended for athletes and club staff
- Installation and full commissioning of ventilation and air conditioning systems in the administrative area where the above-mentioned rooms are located
