The reason for "Neftchi" parting ways with former Azerbaijani national team footballer Filip Ozobic has become known. According to Sport24.az, the "black and whites" offered the 34-year-old midfielder a new contract with a lower salary.
However, the parties could not reach an agreement.
It should be noted that Ozobic, who has been playing for "Neftchi" since the summer of 2023, has appeared in 70 official matches during this period and scored 16 goals.
