Former Gabala and Zira player Rafael Utzig gave an interview to Sport24.az. The 29-year-old winger spoke about the possibility of playing in our country again.
The Brazilian player did not deny receiving offers from Azerbaijan:
"There are always certain talks and interested clubs. But I am happy in the country where I currently play. However, I have great love for Azerbaijan. That's why I never rule out the possibility of returning one day".
Utzig said that he will become a free agent at the end of the season and will evaluate the offers.
It should be noted that Zira loaned Rafael Utzig to the Vietnamese club Ho Chi Minh City Police for one year last summer. His contract with the "eagles" expires in the summer.
