The coaching staff of the Norwegian national team has announced the squad for the 2026 World Cup.
Idman.Biz reports that at the WC-2026 the team will play in Group I with France, Senegal and Iraq.
Goalkeepers: Eryan Nuland, Egil Selvik, Sander Tangvik.
Defenders: Kristoffer Vassbakk Aer, Fredrik Andre Bjørkan, Sondre Lanjos, Torbjørn Lysaker Heggem, Leo Skiri Østigård, Julian Ryerson, David Møller Wolfe, Henrik Falchener.
Midfielders: Markus Holmgren Pedersen, Martin Ødegaard, Patrick Berg, Telo Asgard, Sander Gaard Bolin Berge, Oscar Bobb, Jens Petter Hauge, Fredrik Aursnes, Andreas Schjelderup, Kristian Thorstvedt, Morten Thorsby.
Forwards: Erling Haaland, Alexander Sørloth, Jørgen Strand Larsen, Antonio Nusa.
Norway is currently ranked 31st in the FIFA world rankings.
Forty-eight teams will participate in the final stage of the 2026 World Cup. The competition will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
