"We have come to the end of another football season." Sport24.az reports that these words were written by "Qarabag" footballer Marko Jankovic on his social media account.
The 30-year-old Montenegrin midfielder stated that Aghdam's representative achieved historical achievements in the 2025/2026 season:
"It was a year-long journey, but one that will live in memories for the next 100 years. I am grateful to everyone who was a part of this journey and gave me the chance to experience great joys, as well as important lessons. Lessons that are valuable not only in football, but also in life. This season was both interesting, difficult, and truly educational. Now it's the national team's turn."
It should be noted that Marko Jankovic has been playing for "Qarabag" since 2022. He won the Premier League three times and the national cup once with the team.
