LEGO has made a new post regarding its World Cup advertisement featuring football stars Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Junior.
İdman.Biz reports that the company presented a behind-the-scenes video after images circulated online suggesting that doubles were used for the footballers in the advertisement. LEGO added the words, "Still think it's AI? Watch the real behind-the-scenes footage" to its post.
In the advertisement, four football stars appear around a LEGO-made World Cup trophy. The campaign is presented under the name "Everyone Wants a Piece" and is dedicated to the promotion of a special LEGO collection ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Thus, LEGO responded to claims that the viral advertisement was made with artificial intelligence with an official post and tried to show that the footage was from a real filming process.
