Iranian national team forward Mehdi Taremi is preparing to leave "Olympiacos" and head to Russia. According to Sport24.az, the experienced forward may join CSKA.
Negotiations are currently underway between the parties. Mehdi scored 16 goals and made 6 assists in 39 matches for "Olympiacos" in the 2025/2026 season.
The 34-year-old player's contract with "Olympiacos" is until June 30, 2027. Throughout his career, he has played for "Iranjavan", "Shahin Bushehr", "Persepolis", "Al-Gharafa", "Rio Ave", "Porto", and "Inter".
