Josep Maria Orobitg, the agent representing Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola, has confirmed that Al-Nassr and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) were previously interested in the Spanish coach.
Idman.Biz reports that on May 22, "City" announced that Guardiola would leave the club at the end of the season.
"We had contact a month and a half ago, just contact, without any obligation or written offer. The money offered wasn't that high.
We also had contact with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation about 15 days ago. Right now, it's not very likely that any federation will be able to transfer Guardiola," Orobitg said.
