Steven Gerrard, former Liverpool and England national team captain, could be appointed as the head coach of Burnley.
İdman.Biz reports that the team was relegated from the Premier League early and will play in the Championship next season.
Gerrard, who is currently unemployed, last coached Saudi Arabia's Al-Ettifaq, leaving them in January of last year. He previously coached Rangers and Aston Villa.
With four rounds remaining in the season, Burnley is in one of the bottom spots in the standings with 20 points.
