Juventus have announced that they have reached an agreement with Fiorentina for the loan of defender Joao Mario.
Sport.Biz reports, citing the Turin club's press service, that the player has been loaned out until June 30, 2027, for 1.8 million euros, which must be paid within one financial year.
In addition, the contract also includes the option for Fiorentina to buy the player permanently for an additional 9.5 million euros. This amount will be paid over three financial years if the purchase option is exercised.
Mario joined Juventus from Porto in the summer of 2025. The 26-year-old defender spent the second half of last season on loan at Bologna.
