FIFA has denied reports that it offered Morocco a chance to host the next World Cup final instead of Spain.
Sport.Biz reports that previously, FIFA President Gianni Infantino had promised the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) that Morocco would host the 2030 World Cup final in exchange for supporting his candidacy in the upcoming FIFA elections.
"The claim that the FIFA president made any promise regarding the organization of the 2030 World Cup final is false and incorrect.
FIFA will make a decision in due time", the organization said.
