"Our training camp in Turkey was very productive. Although we couldn't fully complete the team, because we don't want to make a transfer just for the sake of transfer. Although our budget is not that big, we minimized our chances of making mistakes. However, we trained at a high level with the players we have. For the first time, our technical staff is so strong, we have hired physical training specialists for the team. We have strengthened our medical staff, we think these steps will help us a lot. We were able to fully implement what we wanted in the summer."

The Chairman of the Board said that they are continuing transfer efforts: "Transfer efforts are continuing. I want to inform the fans that we are negotiating with new players. After that, we plan to attract a minimum of 2-3 more players to the team. Our scouting team is working seriously on this issue. During new transfers, we went through phased steps. Although the physical fitness level of some of them does not fully satisfy us, an increase is observed. Our team will also train in Baku. Our fans should not worry, our team has prepared well for the new season."
Guliyev stated that they attach importance to strengthening the team's infrastructure: "Since we came to the team, our main goal has been to strengthen the infrastructure. But we didn't think about who owns the Tovuz city stadium and who will own it. We continued with the example shown by the previous management. In other words, everything we do is aimed at further strengthening "Turan Tovuz". We are continuing our projects this year as well. Changing the grass cover of the Tovuz city stadium is not easy. In fact, we had been planning this work since last year. However, we couldn't do it due to our position in the tournament table. We didn't dare to stay away from the fans. Changing the grass cover requires a large financial investment. In fact, we could have started this process at the beginning of the summer and finished it by the beginning of the new football season. It's just that the grass cover itself has a growing season. That's why natural grass seeds will be sown in the stadium at the beginning of September. Serious work is currently underway there. Depending on the weather conditions, the work on changing the grass cover should be completed in October. I get information that some fans often visit the stadium to see the ongoing work. I think that we will complete the initial stage of infrastructure works this year."
He emphasized that fans are very important to them: "If we don't have fans, there is no point in us being in the Tovuz city stadium. My life philosophy is that if there is a competition in a place, there is also winning there. No matter how difficult, no matter how impossible it seems, we want to finish the 2025/2026 season as winners. Our request to the fans is that they stand by the club and the players, support them. "Turan Tovuz" club has set a championship goal."
