"Real Madrid" has announced on its official website that 33-year-old defender David Alaba is leaving the club at the end of the season.
Idman.Biz reports that the Austrian footballer has been playing for "Los Blancos" since the summer of 2021.
"Real Madrid" wants to express its gratitude and affection to the player, who is a member of the team that marked one of the most successful periods in its history.
"Real Madrid" wishes David Alaba and his family all the best in this new stage of their lives. "A commemorative ceremony will be held in his memory at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium during our team's last league match this Saturday," the club said in a statement.
During this time, Alaba played 131 matches for "Real" in all competitions, scored five goals and provided nine assists. With "Real Madrid", the defender won two Spanish league titles, two Champions Leagues and UEFA Super Cups, two Spanish Super Cups and one Spanish Cup.
