Boris Khetagurov shared his memories in his book "50 Years in Football".
Idman.Biz reports that the Honored Doctor of Azerbaijan voiced these thoughts at the book presentation ceremony.
Expressing his gratitude to the event participants, he said:
"I have wanted to write a book about my activities for a long time. I decided to share my past memories here. I had recorded all the memories. Together with my friend Faig Hasanov, we decided to publish this book. When we applied to the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov about this, we immediately received a positive response and support. Thank you again. It happened thanks to your support".
He also noted that the book was published in two languages to reach a wider readership.
B.Khetagurov also expressed his special gratitude to the football veterans and emphasized that they helped him a lot in collecting their memories.
