Considering Barcelona's results this season, the level of transfer spending under different coaches in recent years is surprising.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, current calculations show that the net spending under the club's head coaches in recent times is as follows:
• Ernesto Valverde – 480 million euros;
• Luis Enrique – 220 million euros;
• Xavi Hernandez – 250 million euros;
• Pep Guardiola – 150 million euros;
• Ronald Koeman – 90 million euros;
• Hans-Dieter Flick – 25 million euros.
Under Flick's leadership, the club is spending less and is on track to win their second consecutive La Liga title, but more importantly, the team is performing well and regularly creates a lot of goal-scoring opportunities.
