Ajax has reached an agreement with Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare, who currently plays for Wolverhampton in England. According to reports, the parties have agreed on an initial loan transfer.
Ajax will pay the player's full salary and also pay a loan fee. The agreement includes a non-mandatory purchase option of 22 million euros.
It is reported that Arokodare rejected offers from Turkish and Italian clubs, preferring to continue his career at Ajax. The transfer is expected to be officially announced soon.
