The head of the AFFA Competitions Department, Emin Jafarov, has been appointed by UEFA. According to the press service of the organization, Sport24.az reports that he will be the UEFA representative at the match between "Iberia" (Georgia) and "Larne" (Northern Ireland) to be held on August 11 as part of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.
Note that the match will be held at the "Mikheil Meskhi" stadium in Tbilisi.
