The Azerbaijan Chess Championship is one of the most intense competitions.
"Report" reports that Ulviyya Fataliyeva, who won the Azerbaijan Women's Chess Championship, said this in a statement to journalists.
She noted that the championship has gained even more prestige in recent years.
"The ten-day tour was stressful, exciting and tense for us both in terms of chess and psychologically," she said.
"I hope that this successful result will continue until the end of the year. We will try to represent our country well in international competitions," the chess player said.
