The next Conference of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation (ACF) was held.
Idman.biz reports that the event, held at the "Radisson Hotel", was attended by the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, the President of the Federation, Vice-President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Mahir Mammadov, and well-known chess players.
Several issues were on the agenda. First, a report on the organization's activities was heard.
Then elections were held for the ACF president and members of the Executive Committee.
The current president of the Federation, Vice-President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Mahir Mammadov was re-elected as the ACF president.
The ACF budget was then discussed.
