Michael Bisping, UFC Hall of Famer, former middleweight champion, and commentator, spoke about Baku.
According to "Report", he shared his impressions of the city on his personal YouTube channel.
The UFC legend stated that he was amazed by Azerbaijani cuisine, especially mentioning kebab and dushbara. He also emphasized the cleanliness of Baku's streets and the friendliness of the people.
Bisping filmed a vlog during his morning run, showing his followers the center of the capital, including Icheri Sheher:
"Maybe one day you will have the chance to travel to Baku – I definitely recommend it. It's just an incredible place, it has magnificent architecture. The Formula 1 Grand Prix is held here, and now the UFC too. There is a great love for sports in Azerbaijan".
It should be noted that in the main event of the night, US representatives Jamal Hill and Halil Rountree faced each other. The light heavyweight fight lasted five rounds. H. Rountree was eventually declared the winner.
Among Azerbaijani athletes, Nazim Sadykhov defeated Brazilian Nicolas Motta, Rafael Fiziev defeated Ignacio Bahamondes from Chile. Tofig Musayev lost the duel with Myktybek Orolbai from Kyrgyzstan.
