Another boxer from the Azerbaijani national team has qualified for the semi-finals at the U-15 European Championship held in Budva, Montenegro.
According to "Report", Nasrin Abdullazade defeated Esila Yıldırım (Turkey) in the 1/4 finals.
The national team member competing in the 40 kg weight category celebrated a 5:0 (29:28, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 29:28) victory. By advancing to the semi-finals, she has also secured at least a bronze medal for herself.
Abdullazade will fight against Elliemay Feterston (Ireland) for a place in the final. The meeting will take place on October 23.
It should be noted that the European Championship, attended by 369 boxers from 32 countries, will end on October 25.
