Azerbaijani UFC fighter Nazim Sadykhov is actively preparing for the organization's debut tournament in Baku on June 21.
Idman.biz reports that as part of the training camp, he is training in the gym with high-level partners - current UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili and former champion Aljamain Sterling in the same category.
Merab Dvalishvili, known as "The Machine" for his relentless pace and remarkable endurance, won the title last year by defeating Sean O'Malley. The Georgian athlete has an excellent winning streak in the UFC and is considered one of the strongest fighters in his weight class.
After one of the trainings, Dvalishvili posted a photo with Sadykhov and Sterling, writing: "Great preparation with the New York kids."
It should be noted that Nazim Sadykhov's opponent in the first UFC competition in Azerbaijan will be Brazilian Nicolas Motta.
