Ukrainian MMA fighter Daniil Donchenko made an unusual statement after his victory at the UFC tournament in San Antonio, USA.
İdman.biz reports that the fighter appealed to UFC President Dana White and matchmakers, asking them to sign his teammate Dmitry Gritsenko to a UFC contract.
Donchenko addressed his request directly from the octagon: "Dana and all the matchmakers, I don't need the money for my victory. No need for payment, just make a deal with my teammate. He has won 10 out of 11 fights, he beats me in every sparring!".
It should be noted that Donchenko earned his UFC contract for his victory in the final of "The Ultimate Fighter 33" show. On the way to the decisive fight, he defeated Richard Martins in February and Matt Dixon in March.
