Legendary Mike Tyson, 59, a member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame and former world heavyweight champion, has spoken about his reasons for still being involved in boxing.
İdman.biz reports that Tyson will face Floyd Mayweather in his next fight.
"My 14-year-old son asked me why I was doing this. For a moment, I didn't know what to say. And I felt sad. I said, 'Because I'm the best at it.' He didn't understand, but I added that at 50, I've made more money than I did at 20," the ex-champion said.
Tyson's last fight was against American blogger and boxer Jake Paul on November 14, 2024, and he lost by judges' decision.
