Michael Bisping, UFC Hall of Famer and former middleweight champion, was the official commentator for the "UFC Fight Night: Hill vs. Rountree Jr." tournament held on June 21 at the Baku Crystal Hall. According to Sport24.az, as part of his visit to Baku, Michael Bisping also filmed a vlog on his personal YouTube channel and shared his impressions of the city.
The UFC legend especially expressed his admiration for Azerbaijani cuisine, specifically mentioning kebab and dushbara. He also emphasized the cleanliness of Baku's streets and the friendliness of the people.
During his morning run, Bisping showed his followers the center of the capital, including "Icherisheher" (Old City).
"You may have the chance to travel to Baku one day – I definitely recommend it. It's just an incredible place, it has magnificent architecture. The Formula 1 Grand Prix is held here, and now the UFC too. There is a great love for sports in Azerbaijan," he said.
