Khalil Rountree's championship claim after his victory in Baku

American fighter Khalil Rountree spoke about his future plans after defeating his compatriot Jamal Hill at the UFC tournament in Baku.

İdman.biz reports that he spoke about a possible fight against current champion Magomed Ankalaev.

"I want to be a champion. If they give me Magomed Ankalaev, I will fight. If it's someone else, it doesn't matter, I will still fight," Rountree emphasized.

It should be noted that the victory over Hill in Baku was an important step for Khalil on the way to a new title.
