Former UFC welterweight title challenger Belal Muhammad has spoken about how former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov trains his cousin Umar Nurmagomedov.
According to Idman.Biz, Muhammad said that Khabib is trying to push Umar to his limits ahead of his UFC 321 fight against American Mario Bautista on October 25 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
"Umar did all his training under Khabib's leadership. Khabib is the craziest coach. Especially after his first loss, he's going to push Umar against the wall even more," Muhammad said on the "No Scripts" podcast.
In total, Umar Nurmagomedov has fought 19 mixed martial arts fights, winning 18 and losing one.
