Former UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman from Nigeria has stated that he wants to end his career after becoming a champion in two UFC weight classes.
According to İdman.Biz, his next step could be a fight for the welterweight title, followed by a move up to middleweight.
"The ideal scenario for my career is this: win the welterweight title in the next fight, then leave it, then win the middleweight title and end my career. Just one after the other. This is the best option, no need for other words," Usman said.
Usman is currently considering fighting the winner of the Islam Makhachev vs. Jack Della Maddalena fight, followed by Khamzat Chimaev.
