Sadykhov stated that he has been interested in the UFC for a long time: "I watch the fights very often, it has been like this for years. I have watched fights of fighters like Andrei Arlovski. I recently gave an interview. We were discussing names that current fans don't know at all - Arlovski, BJ Penn, Omar Souleev, Takhtaro. I've actually been a hardcore fan. I've been a fan of the UFC for about 15 years before joining it."
He also answered the question about when he will fight with the "Top-15" fighters in the UFC: "To be honest, I don't know yet. I'm ready for the "Top-15". I also want to go out and prove once again that I deserve the elite. Whatever happens, the "Black Wolf" is on the job."
